Every benefit year Caesars Rewards members with Seven Stars status receive an Annual Retreat. The Annual Retreat includes up to $1,200 airfare to a Caesars Rewards destination for two, airport transportation to/from the hotel, two to four nights accomodation, and a $500 dining folio credit. It's a great benefit!
How to Book Hotel
Your retreat must be booked 14 days in advance. In the past that rule has often been ignored but since the Eldorado takeover don't count on the rule being ignored.
If you are going to a destination where you already have a host you can book your retreat through them. Otherwise you have the option of calling the Caesars reservations at 1-866-503-4782 or by calling the destination property directly and asking to speak to a host on duty.
You must stay two to four nights.
How to Book Air Travel
It is possible to have a host book your air travel so that there is no upfront out-of-pocket expense for the trip, but your host will probably encourage you to purchase your own tickets and then get reimbursed with free play during your retreat. I find this easier than trying to coordinate travel with a host who then talks to a travel agency.
The airfare reimbursement covers coach class for you and a traveling companion/friend/spouse/etc. If traveling with someone be sure to book both tickets at the same time on the same receipt. I have had problems in the past with bringing two receipts to the Rewards Desk for reimbursement. They do not appear to be sticklers for coach class. If you can get first class under $1200 go for it.
Folio Credit
The folio credit is for dining and on-property shows. Just charge meals and/or tickets to your room and the cost will be taken care of up to $500. Any unused credit is forfeited at the end of the trip.
Property Notes
Harrah's New Orleans does not give a folio credit, instead they add $500 worth of Reward Credits to your account. They have few 1:1 Reward Credit restaurants, and who wants to eat at casino restaurants in New Orleans? There are so many great restaurants in that city!
Properties without hotels officially cannot be used for your Annual Retreat. Unofficially, if you are a big spender the rules have known to be broken.

Benefit Year
The Benefit Year runs from February 1 through January 31. Status is earned by accruing tier credits from January 1 through December 31 for the following Benefit Year. As long you maintain Seven Stars status you will receive a $500 Celebration Dinner per Benefit Year. People making Seven Stars for the first time receive an extra set of benefit.
